Elio has always helped and traveled with the circus. However, when he has to go on the run from the circus, as the queen follows him, he realizes he is very important to the land of Whetherwhy.

I loved this book! I felt so sucked into the world and was turning the pages like crazy trying to figure out what was going to happen next. I loved the little pictures (well they were full sized so not very little) and the interludes where the narrator’s grandkids would interrupt.
☆⛤♥⭑the magic⭑♥⛤☆
I liked the magical animals and how they were called knots and tangles, I thought that was a really cool juxtaposition. I also like how the magic is divided by season and not element or something, it was very unique.

He struck me as very responsible and clever, he never got backed into a corner and had no plan. He was a great main character.

I really felt for Pom, they were just trying to find a space for themselves and Pom was very sweet and honestly my favorite character.
