12+ overall a cute romance that is clean, perfect for someone new to YA romance
this book was so cute and good!!! if you love reading (well you are here so of course you do), winter, and bookstores you have found the right book!
plot
Shoshanna works at a bookstore (my dream job - so jealous) and it is one of her favorite places. a new guy, named Jake, is hired on because its winter (holiday shopping) and they need employess. When Shoshanna discovers Jake doesn't like to read, they become enemies (i feel you girl). then, the owner of the store offers a bonus to whoever sells the most books, so of course Jake and Shoshanna are in competition
thoughts
the plot of this book flowed really well and i felt so invested in the story!! there were a lot of side plots, but it all tied together with a bow at the end
ugh now i want to work in a bookstore, but as my mom reminds me, I wouldn't have any money working there :)
my favorite couple was not the lead couple, it was a cute side couple who just had chaotic energy and were perfect for each other!!
this was the perfect cozy winter book!
final remarks
i will definitely reread this book next winter because it is just so perfect and winter!!
